All items are required before you click on submit.

Clock in
Turn on music. (Both JBLs) (90s and 0000s RNB or Hangar Youtube Playlist)
Turn on bar lights. (Both the shelves and back wall lighting)
Turn on fans if necessary.
Set up sanitizer bucket.
Put mats back behind the bar.
Setup ALL dump buckets.
Make sure there is backup receipt paper for both the bar printer.
Check all batched cocktails, batch if needed. (Minimum 3 of each)
Count cash drawer, immediately notify management through the Telegram if we need change.
Remove blue caps from taps and caps for bitters, and store in a pint glass during the shift.
Check beer keg levels, and take note of those that are low. Ensure you are prepared to replace them during your shift if necessary.
Check shrub and syrup levels, immediately notify management through the Telegram App if we need more.
Pour all juices, syrups, out into squeeze bottles. Wash containers and refill.
Ensure EVERYTHING is labeled and dated.
Check big cubes, move cubes from big freezer and empty them into square container into the ice cooler. Then fill empty cube trays with water and put back into freezer.
Fill your well(s) with ice.
Restock batches.
Stock soda if necessary.
Review any specialty cocktails or new drafts with staff.
Stock all garnishes and wood chips.
Cut limes, lemons, oranges, and stock fruit basket.
Stock share plates and rollups for bar. Have a stack of at least 10 on the end of the bar.
Turn on TVs, tune in to ESPN (channel 209. Or any other sports channel featuring a game.
Ensure TVs are wiped down. Use very lightly damp microfiber cloth only.
Clean as you go. Make sure the bar is presentable for when guests walk in.
Ensure all glassware behind the bar is clean and serve ready.
Polish all wine glasses.
Restock anything that you use the last of.
Communicate with PM team of any 86’d items, as well as notify management through the Telegram app.
Count drawer before you leave and confirm amount with PM bartender.
Turn on open sign and plug in ALL lighting, (two light bars, and two rotating projection lights) (DON’T SKIP)
